Said they notified us about changing our address but as you will see from the attachments they sent the letters to an address that we had more than 15 years ago, I have had nothing to do with XXXX but because of their incompetence, this may cause some tax complications. For the past 15 years Hawaii has been our address and all correspondence has been going to our Hawaii Address. When the letters were sent to our former address they would have been returned to their office, Why did they not contact us at our Hawaii address? My name has been on the checks and the checking account was an active account with sufficient funds for more than 15 years. We have been good clients.
