Complaint Statement Balance XX/XX/2023 Previous Balance {$130.00} Payments and Other Credits {$0.00} Purchase and OtherDebits {$140.00} XXXX {$0.00} Past Due Amount {$30.00} Fees Charged {$30.00} Interest Charged {$4.00} New Balance {$310.00} I provided my XXXX XXXX XXXX Checking Account information when I received and started using the XXXX XXXX Instead of obtaining payment from my Checking Account they charged me fees and interest. I paid this entire newbalance on XXXX manually. I then tore up the card. My complaint can be satisfactorily addressed by investigating this fraud scheme. This company makes it very difficult to understand if you have successfully set up an automatic payment which I attempt to do and thought I had succeed at doing. Also, my password and user name was stored by XXXX but were not subseqently deemed valid. I could not log back in and don't have time to play silly games. XXXX subsequently make the charges stated above. If this is systemic to all customers it amounts to a fraud scheme.
