Use the discover card to purchase an item ( {$110.00} ) from a 3rd party seller on XXXX, back in XX/XX/2022. Item had defect and I returned the item in XX/XX/2022. Seller didnt issue refund and claimed they did not receive the return. I submitted the dispute with Discover in XXXX and now in XXXX they denied the dispute. Called Discover trying to resolve the issue, talked to a representative who could only recite a description like a robot and her supervisor refused to answer my call. Been with Discover for XXXX years and made one dispute, they chose to not believe the loyal customer and instead returned with the lowest quality customer service.
