This is not a duplicate this is not a duplicate My name is XXXX XXXX I'm a living breathing human being afforded all of my rights under the fcra and the fax act being a United States citizen this complaint/dispute is against TransUnion. It is in reference to cfpb complaint number XXXX. In the complaint reference to above I was asking TransUnion to remove the XXXX listing on my credit file they're investigation has taken longer than 30 days, and no extension has been applied for. Therefore it is well within my rights to use the Lost granted to me to use in the fcra and demand that the cfpb force TransUnion to delete the XXXX file from my credit report the scra states that the CRA has 30 days to complete the investigation unless applied for 15 days extension which has not happened. That being said the refusal to remove the XXXX file from my credit report will be at blatant and obvious disregard for the fcra 's laws which TransUnion is bound by once more I ask the cfpb to demand that TransUnion remove the XXXX file from my credit report per the fcra the CRA has 30 days to complete his reinvestigation it has extended past that time and I demand that it be removed immediately. The non removal of the account will be a violation of the fcra which will make me eligible for damages and transunion liable for any damages sought after in court
