In XX/XX/2021 I was a victim of a hit-and-run accident sustaining multiple injuries. My medical bills have been paid by my auto insurance and medical insurance. I have XXXX active insurances for which I pay huge amounts as premium. The so-called Collection Agency named XXXX XXXX has been threatening and intimidating and this was reported to CFPB. My insurance company sent the proof that the original creditor ( an ambulance company named XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was paid for their service. Transunion was given all the proof of payment by XXXX and still they refused to remove it from my credit report and reporting false information. Transunion is colluding with the collection agency and Transunions action is unlawful. The collection agency repeatedly lied to CFPB on multiple occasions. XXXX times I filed dispute through Transunion website with testimony and proof that I am not responsible for this and my auto insurance and medical insurance paid all legitimate amounts. The proof is again attached and Collection Agency is still attempting to threaten by keeping Negative false information on my Credit Reports.
