Experian, XXXX, and XXXX have reported a 30-day late payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I have previously disputed. I reached out to XXXX XXXX on this matter and they told me it was paid 3 days within the statement date and should not be reporting as late on my consumer report. I sent a letter via mail on XX/XX/XXXX asking to mark it as OK on my consumer report. I received a late response from XXXX and XXXX via mail explaining the account has been verified. In return caused my credit score to drop dramatically affecting my livelihood. Experian never sent any mail. I sent out a 2nd round of letters on XX/XX/XXXX asking how they verified the account, I dont agree with the results of your investigation. Please mail me proof of your investigation or remove the negative information. XXXX and XXXX sent a letter back saying " THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UPDATED ''. Experian didn't send a letter. I would like my XXXX points to get put back on my credit score from the dispute and the late payment marked as OK. It has been brought to my attention several violations according to 15 us 1681s, 15 us 1681a, 15 us 1681a-2 a few among others.
