They have restricted my account due to check activity, however, the mistake was made by the institution and not myself and the institution has rectified the mistake and proceeded to send me a new check. However, until the Navy Federal Credit union completes its investigation I have a negative bank account. My finances have been on a complete hold due to this process that was supposed to take 15 business days, now being told it will take up to 60 days. 60 days with no money? My children are out of town and I mainly support their living expenses however they are not able to use these accounts because 1 all of their money was drawn from the account and fees were applied. I have been personally been treated as if I was a criminal and overheard staff members discussing my case while I was trying to resolve this in the branch in XXXX, GA. I have been out of travel expenses, wages, and personal pain and suffering from this whole ordeal without a since of empathy or care on how this could be altering my everyday living.
