I have been working on my TRANSUNION credit profile and I noticed there is an incorrect addresses on my report. If you can also take a look at my name appearing incorrect as well. I am writing to dispute the errors on my credit report. I request that these errors be corrected immediately. Enclosed, please find copies of the relevant documentation that support my dispute, including. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. The incorrect names are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ; XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. The INCORRECT Addresses are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX and there is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX. With that being said, my correct address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. I am also showing an incorrect EMPLOYER of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and there is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX showing that needs to be deleted. I know that under the following law the CRA has to delete inaccurate information. 1681i.
