according to the law these compainies are reporting improper information on my consumer report late payments or any transaction is againt the law to teport on my consumer report and should be removed asap! immediately. this company has violated me 5 times! 15 usc 1692c If a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt, except 15 usc 1681 a-d Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ;
