The 3 Credit reporting agencies XXXX, equifax, and XXXX have assumed a vital role which I have not given them express written permission to report on my behalf. I have disputed erroneous, inaacurate, out of date, and fraudulent accounts from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that they are reporting. I have written to them to re-investigate already. Now, I am demanding they delete these fraudulent accounts due to all the errors and inaccuracies that they claim have been verified. If these accounts were in fact verified then why is there so much inconsistent information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681, the credit agencies have a grave responsibility to report accurate, relevant, and impartial information. I have provided factual data which is attached to this complaint as evidence that I have been abused, treated unfairly and my character as a consumer has been tarnished due to these agencies lack of effort in finding correct validated information. I demand that these accounts be deleted immediately due to the copious inaccuracies and inconsistencies in data. These companies have not only violated my privacy by trafficking my name, but they have continued to deny me my rights as a federally protected consumer by doing their due diligence in investigating the matters I have submitted for complaint.
