Company illegally repossessed a car from me when they asked for proof of payment they stated they only had a fax # so sent info to them to find out they dont have an office.Then they sent it to a firm to collect paid settlement because I was being harassed and then that company couldnt send a settlement paid letter so they sent it to another company to collect now Im being harassed by them. I have tried calling the company for a year they dont even have a valid phone number to talk to anyone and they also dont have a valid address to send information in certified letter. They also have it listed on my credit report as at least XXXX different amounts owed and they report it every XXXX months.
