Violation of Truth in Lending Act- PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC illegally collected {$120.00}, XXXX down payment and closing cost on a debt that we do not owe. PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC EXTORTION and theft by deception. This is a Violation of 15 U.S.C. 1605, and other violations. 15 U.S. Code 1662B. Advertising of down payments and installments. Cash is not supposed to be involved with a consumer credit transaction down payment. PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC Misrepresentation of a material fact and unjust enrichment. Failure of consideration, Misrepresentation of a material fact, unjust enrichment, no money lends, no considerate was given for the claimed amount XXXX or note. We are not terminating or canceling this contract, We are deducting our liability to pay on behalf of the obligor as we have found several violations and fraud.We have an absolute right to rescind a signature from any contract or agreement that was not fully disclosed to me. Such a contract or agreement is null and void, as if it never existed at all, and all to return to the lawful owner plus reasonable money and interest. We are not obligated by any contract or agreement obtained under conditions of fraud, deceit, or non-disclosure. No consideration, False advertising such as advertising " loans '' based on the customer 's own credit. Release of Lien or I'm going to file a federal law against you for violations of TILA, tax fraud, fraud, aggravated identity theft, extortion, theft by deception, intentional act of fraud, GROSS MISREPRESENTATION, etc. I would appreciate if PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC and CEO to make a lump sum payment XXXX and double the finance charge, send SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF LIEN and report paid to my consumer credit report for six month or I will take court actions with legal fees. Opportunity to cure dishonor. This will be PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC only chance to settle this matter before XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX file suit against this company XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX are agreeable to a lump sum payment of XXXX to settle this matter. Please contact me on or before due XX/XX/2023 for purposes of settling this matter. If I do not hear from your company on or before the due date, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX will file a lawsuit against PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC without further notice. It is in your company 's best interest to settle this matter before a lawsuit is filed to avoid legal, court fees plus violations costs ( attorneys fees for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC. Based on the foregoing, I accept payment in the amount of XXXX made payable to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, at my address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX and send SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF LIEN and report amount paid each month to the consumer credit report, settle and close account by XX/XX/2023. Please reimburse us no later than the due date XX/XX/2023. I can also be reached at the email above If PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC, LLC decides to ignore this demand for payment, XXXX XXXX will further pursue all of its legal remedy without further notice to the debtor. This letter serves as evidence that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX creditor has attempted to resolve this matter formally. Wherefore there can be no payment of debt. Only discharge of debt, acceptance and return for discharge. I have NOT seen any evidence to support any allegations to the contrary, and I believe no such evidence exists.
