XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting an inaccurate account on my credit report. I do not have a debt or any relationship with this company. My credit report states that the agency name is Rec Mgt Grp which I have no recollection of either. I am asking for an investigation into this account because I was involved in a data breach and my information was compromised. Please send me the original contract bearing my signature, a copy of my photo id and ssc, proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties, and provide me of the amount of which the debt was purchased. Per the CFPB, I have this right as a consumer. If you can not provide all of the listed items, then permanently remove this account from my credit report. I am demanding that this account is removed to reflect my true creditworthiness while the investigation is being done.
