On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from a company called XXXX XXXX they said I had a debt from XXXX I have not heard of this debt nor recall this debt. They said as well they sent out letters to me about the debt but I have no received any form of such debt, today I check and they pinged my credit for it immediately without any communication of the debt. The total debt is XXXX I will not pay this much for a almost 7 year old debt I will pay XXXX dollars to it for a pay to delete immediately or none at all cause I was not aware of this debt the only reason I know about it now is because they reported it to my credit bureaus without communicating with me first, no letter and no phone call so they either remove this debt off my credit immediately for inaccurate information or they let me pay the XXXX dollars to the debt to delete it off my credit. This company did not follow the right guidelines to reporting a debt as there was no letter stating I had a debt before they decided to put it on my credit so I was unaware of it.
