XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ohio XXXX came to my home to install 10 windows totalling XXXX workers stated they were finished noticed my bedroom window shade was pulled down I called them back they broke expensive shade they sent two different gentle men out they said the windows were not finished raised the windows 2in up they went all the way up buy them selves they also said balances weren't checked old storm windows weren't removed & a frame on out side was not put on Dividend finance Co start sending bills right away job was not complete I called & wrote them I would not make payments until 2 months after job was completed per our contract they have been billing with late fees etc bad credit scores they are due to complete XX/XX/XXXX I'm not obligated to start my payments until may per our contract with XXXX
