I have never received notification from this company that I owed this really old debt that was previously charged off by XXXX over 9 years ago. I initially informed XXXX back in 2015 that this debt was charged baby my ex husband without permission and was fraud. This company has now purchased this old charged off fraudulent debt from XXXX which was purchased by XXXX and now placing this fraudulent debt into collections to damage my credit for another XXXX years. This should be removed from my credit bureau.
