During the months of XXXX to current I have made a a few attempts to contact Anderson and associates LLC in XXXX Oregon regarding this debt. I told the owner I was going to file bankruptcy to get rid of the debt and he proceeded to call me a XXXX XXXX XXXX. He also threatened to put a lien on my house. He has spoken to e in a hostile way. I believe this is a clear FDCPA violation.
