On XX/XX/23 I wrote equifax a dispute letter, disputing late payments on my student loans because I was never late. I asked them to re-investigate their outcome on my dispute and send me proof of verification. I sent this to Equifax certified mail # ( XXXX ) and equifax has not honored my request by re-investigating this matter, and has yet to send me proof of verification, To which is a direct violation of several of my rights under FCRA
