I have been with XXXX they sold me to FAY servicing who in turn skyrocketed my mortgage almost doubled with warning. After some research I found that XXXX had me umbrella under a 2nd company who is now reporting that I missed from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. This is not true and i have the bank records to show from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where i pay from my account. I am truly in a bind at this moment and Fay servicing has a very very bad reputation for swindling people out of their money and hundreds of lawsuits pending at this time. I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has worked extremely hard to maintain a simple life and pay my mortgage like i am suppose to. This situation is more than I can handle. On my credit report XXXX is showing they have me from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX but XXXX says they have me from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for 360 month term somewhere it changed to 432 months without my knowledge and Fay servicing shows up long before i ever knew they were in the picture. Also in XXXX there is a 8 months span where they report me as not paying this is so confusing please help me before i lose my mind.
