Consumer Narrative

According to XXXX and Experian, all previous XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts have been verified accurate and updated. And I do not recognize these accounts, I am asking for all XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts to not be updated until this matter is resolved! As these accounts during an investigation were allowed to be updated before completed! As viewing my credit report, I do not understand how XXXXExperian has ignored my multiple disputes on various obvious inaccuracies and violations! 1 ) VIOLATION 15 USC 1681eb states : that a charged off account is considered canceled debt according to the IRS. according to the IRS charge off are considered ordinary income, which means this is an inaccurate furnishing on my credit report! This means according to the IRS XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX has filed this on their taxes, so why is this reporting as debt I have never received a 1099 cancellation debt form. This is a violation and actually considered tax fraud, so why is XXXXExperian allowing this on my credit report, according to 15 USC 1681eb it speaks maximum accuracy of the consumer report! Charge-offs greater than {$600.00} are supposed to receive a 1099C, which is also a violation of 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) REMOVAL OF INACCURATE/INVALIDATED credit information! 2 ) VIOLATION of FCRA 623 5 ( a ) Duty to Provide Notice of Delinquency of Accounts states it should report the month and the year it does not state to continuously report C/O every month for as long as desired, nor does it state to increase the alleged charged off amount each month, they charged off the amount or a collection amount does not change on a monthly basis. This is inaccurate reporting, why is this still allowed on my credit report. This is also a violation again of 15 USC 1681 ( i ) removal of an accurate/invalidated credit information! 3 ) VIOLATION of 15 US C 6 802 obligations with respect to disclosing information. I have never received the three disclosure forms that this law states I should have received! 4 ) VIOLATION of 15 US C 6 801 protection of nonpublic personal information 5 ) VIOLATION in Accordance with The Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public Law 91-506, Title VI, Section 611 Subsection A-D, I asked for XXXX/Experian to provide me with proof that the information was, indeed verified, and not a computer generated confirmation. I asked XXXX to provide me with the following. : 1 ) the method of communication 2 ) the documentation used to verify my disputes 3 ) who did they speak with? 4 ) what was the date? 5 ) how long were the conversations? 6 ) what number did they call? 7 ) what was the name of the employee that spoke directly to the creditor? 8 ) what was the position of the person to whom they spoke with? 9 ) what was the address? 10 ) did they provide you with my Social Security number my full name and birthday? I did not receive any answers to these verification questions. My request was ignored on several occasions, but yet they respond back with the account was verified, accurate, and or unchanged! I have pointed out several discrepancies throughout these accounts, account numbers are inaccurate, the amount of alleged amounts by looking at the credit report are increasing on a monthly basis which is 100 % inaccurate reporting. Charged off accounts/closed accounts amounts do not continuously change on a monthly basis for years, the number of days late showing on the credit report are inconsistent, high balances are inconsistent, accounts showing as open, charged off account showing past due balances
