Consumer Narrative

XXXX transferred over my in house card with them to a Commenity Credit Card without my knowledge. Almost 3 years later there was fraud on this card with purchases in XXXX. I contacted Commenity and they assured me they would take care of it. I have had countless calls trying to collect the debt. I have asked them to transfer me to their fraud department and when I get someone they tell me they will put me on hold and then hang up on me
