After a car accident due to the car hydroplaning in late XX/XX/2020. I spoke to XXXX and let her know i was coming to get my things out of the car. They were in such a rush to sell they got rid of the car before i could get my things when i areived they were remorseful and told me there is normally a cost of {$500.00} after a total loss but they would waive it because they got rid of the car with high value items inside. After complaining to them about my irreplaceable items they were upset and when i left they decided to put that charge as well as other chafges on my credit eventhough i do not owe a single dollar. I had gap insurance through that company who i bought the car through them. l can provide proof that this has affected my credit and my ability to get future loans and I have been dealing with homelessness due to this hardship. I reached out to this company and they werent empathetic.
