I have insurance. I have never not had insurance. We have two full time jobs and no serious medical issues. Just routine care. I then pay all medical bills not covered by insurance through an XXXX. Over the course of 2 years, my XXXX paid my bills to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they returned the payment to my account each time. I would pay the bill- they would return it. Over and over. I called and no one knew what was happening. Finally, I changed the way I was paying and started using the XXXX as a credit card to pay online instead of an electronic transfer and it worked! I paid all past balances- everything they said I owed, even things I thought I already paid many times and I have had a balance of {$0.00} on my XXXX account since XXXX of 2022. I am still receiving collection letters from 2 different collection companies. I disputed one through XXXX and successfully had it removed from my credit report. The second continues to send letters and emails. I would like XXXX XXXX XXXX to STOP reporting my debt as unpaid as I have paid all debts and my balance is {$0.00}.
