On XX/XX/23 I sent a letter requesting the mortgage company pay a tax bill of {$2400.00}. I submitted a coupon for ONE tax bill of this exact amount to the mortgage company. I had some money in escrow and wanted to apply the funds to that ONE bill as I mentioned on the phone. I received a call to confirm, I said yes. On XX/XX/23 Arvest bank made a payment of {$6600.00}. My mortgage has now increased over {$1000.00} a month. The other taxes were not yet due and I did not request this payment. This has caused significant financial strain. The representatives listened to the calls and admitted this was an error but the Mortgage company has yet to offer solutions to assist or to help.
