On XXXX i called Coinbase to see why my balance went from XXXX to XXXX $ and i was informed that all my Alt coins and Bitcoins were transferred to someone else. When i told them i didnt authorize the transfer they just said to me when you buy crypto there are certain risk that you are taking. I created a ticket XXXX. They close the ticket stating it was a hack and nothing could be done I am out XXXX now. No one called me, no said to me what they are doing about the hack or scam. In fact coinbase CSR told me it will be a good idea to reach out to the scammer and ask them politely to refund the money. ( I just couldn't believe it ). I also found out that XXXX they got hacked so i thought maybe the hack is tied and their are others who lost money, Just a hope i got so i called them again and nothing, just nothing from coinbase. They are literally acting as if nothing happened. I honestly have a feeling that Coinbase 's approach is to keep quiet and he will go away. Never ever in my history have i been hacked on any other platform. I saved this money thinking if Crypto went up i will be able to pay tution fees for my kids and now its all gone. Thank You coinbase for not only losing my money but also to keep quiet and not provide any update to me
