I have submitted a copy of my social security card, a current address, date of birth and a utility bill to authenticate my identity twice by first class mail and Lexis website. Lexis Nexis has ignored the documents and encouraged me to resubmit through their website. Due to ongoing identity theft issue ls via the internet I rather use the U.S. postal mail and Lexis has not indicated they have not received the requested documents in order to release my consumer file and update my information.
