Rights to privacy Fair credit reporting Act protects information collected by consumer report agencies such as credit bureaus, medical information companies and tenant screening services. and 15 USC 1681 s2 a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or have reason to believe that information is inaccurate. I have been in touch with all three credit card companies and they have all agreed to remove the late payments. I have tried over and over to get document from each regarding the removal of the late payments with no success.
