In XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by someone over the phone asking me some questions concerning my personal informationthe person called me by my name and told me my date of birth b and the last of my social security and an XXXX address. I confirmed my identity and the last social security number and denied the address. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was surprised to see a debt collection on my credit file. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a letter to the debt collector to prove my debt. This is two months since I received no notice from Southwest Credit System, which violated my rights to dispute the debt.
