Consumer Narrative
Not converting trial my modifications into permanent loans Most loan modifications begin with a three-month trial period. As long as I makd timely payments during that trial period, the loan modification is supposed to be converted into a permanent loan modification. Servicer failed to convert my trial periods into permanent modifications.Billed me out side the XXXX the entire modification process, although I was given a trial payment which I fulfilled the agreement.
