XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX doing business under Dovenmuehle Mortgage is trying to defraud us out of our money with a Property Inspection Fee charge of {$20.00}. We have never had anyone enter our home and do a property inspection. Also, the Late Charge Assessment we paid in the amount of {$44.00} is not for us being late on our {$970.00} mortgage loan. It was accessed because XXXX of XXXXXXXX XXXX failed to inform us by not communicating that our escrow account had a shortage. They had ample time from XX/XX/2022, through XX/XX/2022, to call or email us about adding money to the escrow account, which they never did. We have had the same lines of communication since first contacting XXXX of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX when we began our application for refinancing. This company has deliberately recorded and credited our mortgage payments as being unapplied and late and in default. In XX/XX/2022, we sent a signed written request by both borrowers to " Waive Our Escrow Account '' with XXXX of XXXX, XXXX per their written request. They are not at all late or missed monthly at all. We have never missed or been late with a mortgage payment whatsoever. If the payment is received after the XXXX of the month, it is considered late and a late fee of {$45.00} will be charged, it is written on the mortgage statement. We never asked or requested any property inspection.
