I have been trying to get Experian to remove inaccurate, false and misleading bankruptcy information from my consumer report and they refuse. XXXX deleted a nd discharged the inaccurate information, however, Experian continues to report it. Now my consumer reports have inaccurate information and Experian is failing to ensure my consumer report contains accurate information. Experian also failed to reinvestigate the disputed item which is required by law. They are defa ming my character by inaccurately reporting invalidated, unverifiable and questionable information on my consumer report without my permission. They failed to provide me with written proof of the validation of a previous dispute regarding reporting a bankruptcy on my consumer report. I asked for them not to send me a templated response and provide all documentation pertaining to the dispute. I only received a templated response. DO NOT CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT. IT IS NOT A DUPLICATE.
