During routine review of credit report found account from Vance and Huffman. Contacted company verbally and requested debt validation. I was told to submit a dispute in writing for debt to be resolved. Company did not provide debt validation. Followed with XXXX certified letters which company signed for. Both certified letters requested debt validation as required under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Have followed with multiple phone calls as debt validation was not provided. Company did not send dunning letter as required informing me of right to dispute prior to placing debt on credit report. Rights under the FDCPA have been violated.
