I am trying to buy a house and received my credit report and found numerous inaccurate, aliases, accounts and addresses that are damaging my credit report! I have sent 4 rounds of certified and notarized letters to XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. I have even spoke with the fraud department in each agency and sent a FTC identity theft report to each agency. I have sent certified letters to Experian asking them to remove Several addresses from my report because I only have one address. I have also sent letters to each agency explaining and demanding to remove negative transaction history as well as fraudulent collections! According to the 15 U.S.C 1681 law, there should not be any damages on my report and it is a defamation to my character.
