On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote a letter to Santander board of directors and management team letting them know that they are reporting and attempting to collect an alleged {$16000.00} deficiency balance. I told them that I am disputing the legal validity of the alleged deficiency balance. I also told them that they are attempting to collect a deficiency balance that I am not obligated to pay. They have not provided me with the required notices before disposition of collateral and explanation of calculation of deficiency as required under the law. I told them to cease and desist all collection activity, including all credit reporting. I also requested the deletion of all any credit reporting to credit reporting agencies. I told them to write or email me to confirm their compliance with my demand within 14 days. As of today XX/XX/XXXX. I have not receive any correspondence or communication from them. Also Santander settled a class action lawsuit with over 34 different states and part of that settlement was for them to delete erroneous inaccurate information from of the customers they took advantage of, credit report. I am one of those customers. As of XX/XX/XXXX Santander is still reporting erroneous inaccurate information on my credit report.
