I found a complaint with the Ohio attorney general 's office I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX personally and I also wrote two judges XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to give me a loan modification I had a bankruptcy dismissed and I missed it at XXXX XXXX sold my home and had me evicted from my own home there's still on my credit report I had no knowledge of the title being taken out of my name and they're making it impossible for me to obtain housing due to the inaccurate reporting on my credit I would like for XXXX XXXX balance amounts to be zeroed out and for the eviction to be removed I paid taxes on my property and then my property was taken out of my name which currently left me homeless I'm trying to obtain housing and the credit report is holding everything up. I contacted her and was told this is clearly mortgage fraud and more action needs to be taken in reference to this issue..
