After our last complaint we were finally able to get our loss mitigation application approved and a trial repayment plan set up on XX/XX/XXXX. This document clearly stated to call, write OR make the first payment by XX/XX/XXXX. We called and made a payment before that date and mailed the documents back signed later after being told to via phone even though there was nowhere to sign. Our trial period is XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I received a call from collections this morning again asking for our full forbearance balance to be paid and I asked why only to be told that loss Mit removed us from our plan for not returning documents. Naturally I call loss Mit to ask what documents and she says USDA you have to sign and return, well we did. I have email confirmation from consumer advocacy that we in fact accepted our plan by XX/XX/XXXX. The rep tells us to file a complaint with loss Mit proxy because we did everything asked and she cant reverse it. So now here we are planning to make our 2nd trial payment next Friday and were removed from our plan again without a valid reason. This needs to be made right and our plan reinstated.
