I have tried multiple times to withdraw money from the XXXX XXXX card that was issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The State of California sent my Middle Class Tax Refund on XX/XX/XXXX. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received the prepaid debit card and I activated it that same day. Every day since XX/XX/XXXX I have tried withdrawing money from multiple ATMs using the correct PIN but the account shows a {$0.00} balance even though when I log on to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's website XXXX XXXX XXXX My balance is still {$1000.00}. I have attempted to transfer those funds to my personal checking account but the system keeps giving me an error. Anytime I call the Customer Service line at XXXX and at XXXX, I am told that they are not allowed to assist with the issues because their employer, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, is instructing the very small customer service team to hang up on all the callers calling in about their tax refund balance so that the bank can keep the funds longer. This is illegal and needs to be investigated.
