I contracted with the GENESIS FS CARD SERVICES for a credit card AND UNBEKNOWNST TO ME I was not given full disclosure which is a violation of Regulation Z of the TILA ( TRUTH IN LENDING ACT ). I authorized permission to representatives of the company to discharge the total amount of the debt in full pursuant to HJR 192 and Public Law 73-10 and was not given proper remedy.
