ProCollect removed the account falsely reported from my credit profile and then added it back. This alleged debt is not owed because XXXX County Judge dismissed the case finding the Plaintiffs did not provide sufficient evidence and eviction was done illegally. The case was appealed from the XXXX Courts to a higher court who dismissed the case due to Want of Prosecution and plaintiffs lied. County Court Judge XXXX XXXX dismissed the case. This debt is not owed and the fact that they keep trying to report this to the credit bureaus shows that they are not only violating my consumer rights but also the FCRA and FDCPA. I have included the higher courts judgement regarding this case and the case was closed.
