I was granted a one time forgiveness for a late payment that was posted on my credit one credit card XX/XX/. We have tried multiple times with my credit card company to have the credit reporting agency to remove the late mark and they have not done so, I also have a letter from my credit card company stating the remark is supposed to be removed
