I am seeking restitution of overcharges billed to my Nordstrom Visa account during a recent trip to XXXX. I was charged {$2600.00} for coffee, spices, a tshirt and two scarves purchased at a souq marketplace. I should have been charged around {$260.00}, or ten-percent of what was billed. I have reached out to the tour guide who took me to this merchant. I have also exchanged text messages with the merchant. Nordstrom Visa ( run by TD Bank ) has abandoned this claim because they have only the merchants receipt. The bank is not interested in talking with the merchant or the tour guide who was involved in the transaction.
