I have made several attempts to get this known fraudulent account off my credit report and the company knowingly and fraudulently is trying to collect a debt that is not mine by repeatedly having its contracted third parties to report this debt inspite of the filed FTC identity theft report and the fact that I was not living at this account in XXXX our divorce was filed in XXXX and I was gone 6 months prior. I have attached proof of the third fraud packet filled out for XXXX. The following companies have this listed with very different amounts and dates which means there is inaccuracies. XXXX Account # XXXX for {$610.00} on my report that they just reported again XX/XX/XXXX and responded to you XX/XX/XXXX that the amount was {$570.00}.
