I have a QuickSilver Capital One Credit Card Account and a Spark Business Capital One account. On XX/XX/23, I attempted to pay the full balance of these two credit cards from my Capital One Checking account. However, both payments were rejected by Capital One and sent back to my checking account. I called Capital One and they were not able to provide me with an answer as to why these payments kept getting sent back to my Checking account. Capital One is still charging me 31 % interest on two credit cards that they are refusing to let me pay off. This feels illegal and unfair. I would like to be able to pay off these credit cards and close these Credit card accounts.
