I applied for a lease buy out with RefiJet at the beginning on XX/XX/XXXX. I was assured everything was great, I got approval from the bank, my credit score was checked and I got a hard inquiry on my report. 2 weeks go by and I followed up several times, every day for 5 days, never hearing back from my agent or anyone at Refijet. Finally after calling for a 6th time, someone told me they were not going through with my loan because my manufacturer wouldn't allow it. I think it's extremely unprofessional to put a customer through this. At least have the decency to return a call or give an update when the loan wasn't going to go through, I could have found other options in this timeframe instead of wasting my time and dragging this process along and also now I have to run my credit again for another hard inquiry.
