I Am a natural person who has been victimized not only by the 3 major credit reporting agencies Trans Union, XXXX, and XXXX through their UNAUTHORIZED and UNAPPROVED collection, storage, and selling of my personal information, but also by the criminals in the underworld who obtained my data through the XXXX XXXX data breach. I've contacted the 3 CRA 's to inform them of inaccuracies and errors on my personal consumer reports, and received only one response from Trans Union which stated that they were not going to process my complaints because it didn't appear that the documents came from me. I informed them that this is exactly the kind of unlawful behavior that the FCRA was established to prevent. I'm deeply XXXX and XXXX dealing with years of negative and erroneous items in my credit files and having to fight these companies that make billions of dollars by reporting inaccurate accounts. I'm also writing to the Attorney General of Maine and the XXXX as I have no faith in the CFPB. I've complained about these companies many times before, but they only give some form reply and the CFPB disappears. It's ridiculous. I sent letters Certified to all 3 CRA 's on XX/XX/XXXX, and received a reply from only Trans Union on XX/XX/XXXX stating they didn't believe I sent them the letter, so they were doing nothing for me. That's completely unacceptable.
