I asked the credit bureaus to do a verification of everything on my credit report and they said they did and stated that everything was accurate. But when I did my own investigation, I noticed that there were still a lot of improper inaccuracies on my report even after the did their investigation. For example, XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX which is a Revolving account type. Has all kinds of inconsistencies where it is showing that it was opened with XXXX on XX/XX/2015 XXXX on XX/XX/201XXXX XXXX Equifax XX/XX/2015 I also could see that the last reported dates the last active and last payment dates were all inconsistent. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A. it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
