Dear Equifax, I pray all is well I'm contacting you because I thoroughly looked over my consumer report and noticed you all are furnishing an account named XXXX XXXX XXXX which is inaccurate and does not belong to me. This account is negativley effecting my ability to apply for credit. I want this account deleted from my conumser report immediately. Please see attatched documents related to my dispute, I have attatched a copy of my driver licsense as well to verify me. I look forward to this being resolved in a timely manner.
