I am writing this complaint to dispute a recent credit report listing on my account, which I believe to be inaccurate and in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). According to the FCRA, 15 USC 1681 et seq., I am entitled to a fair and accurate credit report. Specifically, section 1681e ( b ) of the FCRA requires that credit reporting agencies must use reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of information contained in my credit report. I have reviewed my credit report and have found that the listing in question, [ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ] is inaccurate. I have attached documentation to support my dispute. I need my full file disclosure to report 100 % accurate and complete. I do not want any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information on my report. On my reports, there is contradictory, incomplete, and incorrect information that can not be verified. I dont know if this is because the furnisher, who is an unreliable source of information, are giving you false information. Or whether you are doing a poor job of reporting the data. Either way, now is your chance to do the right thing and it is now the opportunity for the furnisher to do the right thing. For the account I list, make the information 100 % complete and accurate ( and verifiable ) or delete the entire account. XXXX identify the account and specifically what I believe is wrong. I appreciate you properly investigating all the items Ive identified below. Fix each and every error or delete the account that you will not correct. And make sure you are not just hiding information from me I want to see everything in my file disclosure, and I want everything in my file to be 100 % accurate and complete, and verifiable. Where is the Payment History showing for each month what the furnisher says about the payments being on current, 30 days late, etc.? I want you to provide me with all of this information. Without all this information, I have no way of knowing if you are keeping or planning on keeping information on my report longer than the law allows you to keep it. And no way of knowing what errors you are reporting -- without being able to see all of my file contents, I can not dispute errors that you may have on it. This is very frustrating to not be able to see this information that you are supposed to be providing to me. If you wont give me all of this information accurately and completely, then please delete the account. I kindly request that you conduct reinvestigation of the disputed information and remove the inaccurate listing from my credit report as soon as possible. If you are unable to verify the accuracy of the information, it must be removed from my credit report in accordance with section 1681i of the of the FCRA.
