I have not given the alleged original creditor XXXX XXXX consent to share any of my private, nonpublic, personal, and/or identifying financial information with said third party. With that being said, January Technologies has no CONSENT or AUTHORITY to even possess my nonpublic, personal, private, and/or identifying financial information. I was not given a proper disclosure from the alleged original creditor Snap Finance of their intent to disclose such consequential information nor was I given the opportunity to opt out, which is required by law. XXXX at January Technologies has no authority or consent to contact me regarding this alleged debt, especially over 15 times by email. I am being harassed by XXXX at January regarding an alleged debt that they have no consent or authority to even have or disclose.
