MBA LAW is listed on my credit report for owing a debt originally owed to XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1400.00}. There is also a similar account on my credit report by MBA LAW for owing a debt originally owed to XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$610.00}. This is for supposed medical bills that were billed during a time period when I was covered by health insurance. I was unaware of this issue until this account showed up on my credit report and negatively impacted my credit history and credit score. I attempted to contact the original creditor who refuse to provide any information pertaining to this " debt '' and was told to contact MBA LAW. I contacted MBA LAW over 35 days ago and requested all information pertaining to this matter in writing, the collected my mailing information and I still have not received the documentation I requested. I understand the company has a certain amount of time to respond and was told that my paperwork would be sent via mail within the next few days. I still have received nothing over a month later. This account needs to be removed from my credit report!!
